X-Seed – the Entrepreneurship Cell of XIM hosted their Annual Entrepreneurship Summit – Xavion’22 on the 26th and 27th of February 2022, themed “Startups: Driving the Indian Economy.”
The event was inaugurated on 26th February followed by a panel discussion where Mr. Rahul Roushan, CEO, OpIndia, Author & Entrepreneur, Neetu V Bansal, Founder and Business Coach, Sushil Sharma, Founder and CEO of Marwari Catalysts and Charter Member of TiE and Aaditya Agarwal, Co-Founder of Campus Sutra shared their entrepreneurial journey and talked about various startup trends, upcoming unicorns, and vital consumer mindsets.
In the second session, Mr. Sandeep Das, FMCG and Consulting Leader, shared his insights on communicating a brand’s purpose to value-focused Indian consumers.
For the final session of the day, Ms. Aditi Banerjee, Co-Founder & CEO of Magic Billion, talked about how one should be a risk-taker and stressed on having perseverance as a startup founder.

The second day was kicked off with the keynote session by Mr. Dharamveer Singh Chouhan, Co-Founder & CEO of Zo World, where he talked about the dot-com bubble, Human GDP, and how the internet has changed the way we function in today’s era. The session was followed by StoryTelling for Startups by Mr. Sandeep Kochhar, Founder, and CEO, Blewminds Consulting LLP, who shared his insights on how we are taught to manage a business but not how to start one, followed by the hurdles one faces in his entrepreneurial journey.
The final talk for the summit was a keynote session by Mr. Ashwin Palo, AVP Business Consulting, HSBC, where he stressed on the importance of testing hypotheses behind an idea and how technology is the key to growth. The events were followed by a Q&A session where the speakers answered the students’ questions.
The summit was concluded with a vote of thanks given by the organizing committee.
