Even I agree with you Abhirup! Its the blend which can keep it running! Pure Play can only target very niche markets but to be on the top of mind of large segment of customers you need a personal touch! :good:

Maybe a blend of the two is the right way forward… I dont quite see one form winning over the other in the long term. Online retail can never really give the same feel of personally selecting the product before making a purchase decision.
