Good afternoon everyone.
In the case provided to us, the are basically two people Ravi and Nisha who have undertaken an unethical steps, where the former decides to log into his colleagues system to copy relevant data which he decides to incorporate into his project as submit it as his findings in the project and the latter invests heavily to earn handsome profits. Keeping shut and letting things continue the way it is way more offensive and hence in my opinion Ravi should intimate the activities undertaken by him as well as Nisha to the management. If he knows business must run on principles of ethics, it is his duty to refrain from adopting such malpractices at the first place. And hence must inform the management about the same.

E-commerce stands for Electronic commerce. This is basically an arrangement whereby the prospective customers can buy products online instead of physically visiting the market. Given the lifestyle and busy schedule of people, people now-a-days prefer shopping online as such arrangements these days provide free-home delivery services to their customers and easy exchange policies.
E-commerce has made life easier and in near future would only help Indian Economy flourish and prove to become a boon for India.

Good morning everyone. Banning a particular thing is not the solution to a problem. Instead steps to identify the loopholes and thereafter rectifying them is the solution to the problem. As pointed out very well by my friends earlier, Uber does compromise on the safety issues and to rectify the same they have also taken a step to have redesign the taxis with an emergency button. And as far as incidents such as the one which took place in delhi is concerned,the same incident can take place in any other city may be by say Meru cabs or an Ola cab. So, i believe banning an Uber cab or an ola cab should not be the focus of India.
