But we can’t take a risk of making prerna sit in managerial role.We can recruit sakshi Sinha also who is skilled in people management by negotiating her salary at 11.3L, prerna Rai at 14.7L, sadaf Zia at 4L and vinod rai doesn’t expect salary from a startup during his training so he can be trained and be salaried once funding is raised. This helps prerna Rai and sakshi sinha collectively take up manager role as one has technical expertise, experience and other has managerial field experience.

Skill itParticipant1.Looking at the trends of industry it is known that company is performing well….this has to be acknowledged to employees….once they know their company is top performer (may even be best) it creates a thought of security for them
2.Salary increment for attrition control would not be a good idea as it may create problem financially or create unions coming up with more demands
3.Ensuring promotions and hiking on in company experience basis motivates employees to reach nearest aniversary to gain bonus
4.Apart from these implementations there may be stress factors and harrasment factors which should be tackled by HR and also there should be a discussion made with HR about issues
5.Poaching can be counter attacked with talent based increments which makes employees feel their company rewards them best and avoids thought of shifting.
6. As we can see there is fall of the industry itself fear of employees may be that they don’t have future in this industry….company needs to let the employees know that everything is alright until they are in company as it is doing well and and now is the chance to lead the industry as everyone else also will have the same fear

Skill itParticipantThere won’t be a better chance for Rehan to take revenge upon the general than this. Rehan has to save life of general at any cost. it helps him in the following ways
1. Lesson for general that voilence won’t help
2.there other methods of convincing other than rebellion
3.That a sect can’t be punished for individuals interests or crimes
4.General if convinced changes the method path rebbelion to peaceful protest
5. It promotes mutual relationships between two groups hearing such a story and would be exemplary
6.Atleast few families surrounding them won’t get into these type of terrorist activities.
And later course of action after saving would be to handover him to police custodies recording his statements and feelings prior and letting world know it
As there would be lot of misinterpretations and misunderstandings as beaurocracy is compromised.
Media should also be informed regarding the whole scene once police knows it.
It would be better to get a video note from general in case he changes his mind so that his followers won’t take rage decisions knowing the incident.
Rehan if needs help should take support of neutral souls instead of relying on his best friends(as they may be biased for rehans loss)

Skill itParticipantIt is absolutely an ethical problem and bias to promote female strength by direct appointment rather than merit.
Instead ground research can be done so as to know the reasons for why women are not equally in superior position. Reasons may be
1.marital or maternal matters which cause disruption in between the career which are left for individual choice and they can be assured of continuing after these long gaps if interested
2. Lack of strong education background which needs to be attended by providing open support accecible to even male employees and check with the merit
3.Environment of work involved(some senior level job profiles need working under harsh climatic conditions which are avoided either by them, their dear ones or by the government rules)- providing work environment such that everyone is capable adds to company values and people avoiding those also be willing to join
4.Time flexibility should be provided as it is a concern working late nights and night shifts

Skill itParticipant- In the 3 year timespan first year concentration should be on fundraising,development, testing.second and third for innovation and improvement
- Customers of smart band can be asked for suggestions and requirements regarding the new project.as they are happy with the smart band they would be proactively participating
- Team should be built by advertisements and also employee referrals schemes to angel gruop’s employees as they already have experience in the field…they would have friend circle belonging to the same.
- For more investments and advertisements deals should be made with angel group for providing free communication for their company once the project is on board…and mutual workforce support can be utilised with that of smart band
