I personally feel RERA should be scrapped. This is the main reason why real estate is suffering. Another reason which has played a part is demonetization.

1. Tax Breaks are definitely needed

2. There should be price ceiling

3. The RERA guidelines should be implemented in a more strict manner to ensure artificial price rise.
