Traditional Businesses have lots of obligations to their users like in-house service in the shop, comfortable seats, proper air-conditioning, well behaved sales men & many others.
However, in the case online businesses, there are much lesser obligations. For instance, if online businesses have perfect apps, good customer care number/email to cater to their needs & no extra ordinary post sale obligations.
Therefore, offline businesses require much extra cost for the obligations that are necessary to attract & maintain good amount of clientele.
However, if a customer doesn’t like the product & is not on a good mood, so he/she can even misbehave at the TBs shop, which may affect the reputation of the business.
However, in online business, there’s much lesser such obligation as there are multiple ecommerce websites where one can sell it’s products & even users don’t bother about rating that much if the price is feasible & better than others.
So definitely, online business has much lesser obligation.
But to end my explanation, I’d say there’d be done obligations if one wants to run a successful business.
