For SNAP beginner level, you can start with TCYonline. It is economical and you can design your own mocks depending on chapters you want to focus on. Then as your comfort level increases, try Test funda or ims for better grasp.

I personally feel RERA should be scrapped. This is the main reason why real estate is suffering. Another reason which has played a part is demonetization.

What is the typical difficulty level of NMAT ? Also how should one prepare for CD and PI ?

The difficulty is similar to SNAP. The focus is on speed and accuracy. Another key point is there is no negative marking. For CD and PI, Ideasmakemarket will conduct its workshop this year. In the meantime you can also go through the forum

1. Tax Breaks are definitely needed
2. There should be price ceiling
3. The RERA guidelines should be implemented in a more strict manner to ensure artificial price rise.

For SNAP, you should prepare through TESTFUNDA. In case of XAT, try L3 problems of Arun Sharma and TIME. I am also tagging few current students of B-schools to get more apt picture. @pratik-shinde @khushi-agarwal
