1. Try completing few certifications in this time
2. Be clear on what you want to do post MBA and plan your career and internship roles accordingly.
3 months is a short time, so make sure you are aware of all current affairs and get ur fundamental concepts right.

Why not? If they produce quality products (read Xiaomi) there is no reason why they can’t. Lenovo, Huawei are equally good examples.
