Folks, I would still go with Raj as project manager.Are you all taking into consideration client’s perspective? At the end of the day, they should be satisfied.And if  Raj seems to be an unstable option.We can make him sign a bond of 1 year for a service agreement.Project Manager is someone who will get new business, get involved in metrics and budget prediction and allocation.We need someone who has prior experience on these.

Even though we are selecting Prerna’s profile there is a scope of she being rejected in the Client Interview itself because of lack of experience in project management.

Sakshi, in my opinion, is not a suitable option for Project manager role.She has experience of 2 years and it completely seems she is new to management.

Prerana as PM would be really tricky I don’t think a client would ever accept someone who doesn’t have management skills, if she fails then there is going to be serious repercussions for the company.But even if Raj leaves I think we won’t have to answer that much because we have provided the best option available to the client.Moreover about the number of companies he has changed we are not sure and are completely unaware that he changed the companies before coming to management or after that.Better not to have the impression that he won’t be stable.

I would go with Vinod and Sadaf for FC and additional role.

We would prefer to hire Raj for Project Manager post as he has prior experience of managing the team.As Raj would be working for the client it’s better to have someone with managerial experience and out of all resumes, Raj seems to be the best bet for Project Manager.Although, the expected CTC is 24 Lakhs will try to negotiate and cut down by 2-4 lakhs.(Max Salary Range: 20-22 lakhs)

For the Functional Consultant role, we would prefer Sadaf with the key skills in place it would be easy for him to get into the functional consultant role.In terms of salary, we can negotiate as he has just 20 months of experience but with his skills in mind, we will try to be fair to him.(Max Salary Range: 5- 8 lakhs)

If the above salary projections go well then with the remaining salary we can surely hire Vinod.As he is a fresher negotiating salary won’t be a problem.Moreover, we can actually train Vinod technically and get a lot out of him which will be a win-win situation for both.

Although it would be a really tough and emotional situation for Rehan he should go ahead and provide the General with the preliminary treatment.It is the moral right of the doctor to attend a needful person irrespective of nationality, sex, caste or creed.

Apart from the preliminary treatment, he could do the following things as per the situation:

1.As General is gravely injured, it is better to inform the General’s family or close ones of General that he is seriously injured and if they give their consent he will be treating him.If they want anyone else to treat the General they are free to do so.This has to be done because if something goes wrong, the war between two groups could take a more serious turn and Rehan’s life would be in danger.

2. If Rehan knows any influencing person from Anarsians group who wants both the groups to negotiate, he could actually inform him and ask him not to leak this message to anyone and can ask for help from him as well.

3.Instead of taking revenge from General, Rehan should negotiate with the General saying I would treat you but it would be deal and you have to stop the long continuing war.As already mentioned General was the person who was one of the people who was on behalf of national unity earlier. This might lead to negotiations between two groups. If this happens this could be a warm tribute to his wife’s soul.
