Both the Schemes were executed appropriately ,but there were some steps which could have ease both the schemes more effectively .

Demonetisation.

The government must be given full credit for maintaining the secrecy of demonetization. But they should have not change the size of the note . The mechanism of the ATM was developed according to the size of old notes . The recaliberation of ATMS led to further decline in time and many ATMS faced Technial problem.  . If the size of notes had been kept same , government could have effectively circulated the notes through ATM without causing any delay .

Even GST has its own Drawback .

Gst rate associated to various consumer goods were higher which had to be changed after two months of gst rollout, which created confusion . As the government was planning to implement gst since 2 years , they could have focussed on all this in a much better way.

Time to file gst return for initial months should have been postponed for some months and had allowed small business houses to get familiar with its process.

This changes could have been brought up

We have been hired to launch of new choclate brand for valentines day.

We have ten 10 days to launch and strategies its marketing .

Day 1) We have to think about a name and catchy  tag line , which can eventually help us in marketing .

Day 2) As Milky chocs is already a brand ,they must be having contacts with several dealers all over the Country . We can talk with them about this product , attract them with decent margins , so they will sell the new choclate to retaliors .

Day 3) Packing is very important . As good packing attracts consumers as they want to give this choclate as a form of gift . So attractive packing is important aspect in its launch.

Day 4 & 5) Research about the competitors products , its marketing strategy ,  its loopholes , which can help to prepare our own strategies.

Day 6) There shlould pre launch campaign near colleges and  corporate places . We can ask them to taste the Choclate and collect their review about the choclate and accordingly make the changes and move forward .

Day 7 . Rope a  Young Public Figure for Promotions and Advertisements .

Day 8 and 9) Research about

Day 8,9 and 10) Start Campaigning on social media ,google ,radio ,hoardings and TV advertisments . Extensive advertisments can help to generate higher sales . Start having consumer engagement .

This  can be idle way to launch new products .

Other Factors Which can help to Conduct analysis can be as follows ,

1) Comapany’s revenue and its Profit on YnY basis can help to derive company’s performance.

2) As its primary business is to market oil , She can check how much crude they are outsourcing and currently at what rate , from where , what are the contracts signed, which will give an outlook for the futures.

3) Gross Refining Margins (GRM) is a parameter which can help to analyse companys performance ,it can be compared with benchmark indices .
