Here we know that Anarsians and Tungals have been in a clash due to discriminatory laws.

Rehan being a doctor, shouldn’t have any second thought. He should definitely treat the injured person. As he has lost his family members, he knows the pain of his family who will lose him.

Rehan can provide first aid at home as due to a rainy night that’s the maximum he can do. Moreover he can stabilise him to a level that he can go on his own to hospital for further treatments. Maybe if he accompanies him, the Anarsian origin people might criticise and stop trusting him.

Moreover this reminds me of the fact that there was clash between Rohingya Muslims and Rakhine Buddhists because few Rohingya Muslims raped and murdered a Buddhist woman. The clash aggravated because of this rape issue. Now when the General Albatros group becomes aware of this kind gesture by the doctor, the situation might become better.

Xian Inc is a new company overall. To stabilise this, there are so many measures that needs to be taken.

First of all, the company needs more capital. We need to have clear idea and future goals to approach the investors. Using smart band as a pilot project can convince them. Once we are able to convince them about our goal, we are good to receive payments.

Moreover, the company is aiming to create a social network like Facebook and Twitter.Everyone knows how popular these are. For us to be more successful than them, we need to create a platform which is more user friendly, stable, faster and interesting. So we need to have clear cut idea about how to make this happen. If the platform is rolled out and there are so many bugs, people will be least interested.

Next we need more employers. We need to attract the resources in a smart and intelligent manner. For eg., this is the b school interview season and everyone are gearing up to travel different places for interviews. In such a case, I have seen many small startups advertising on social media regarding the discounts that they can offer regarding hotel rooms. This is a good marketing idea which helps both sides. Similarly we need to acquire resources by providing them lucrative offers and confidence regarding the company.

The initial marketing can be done using the smart band.

For the company to be successful in the long run, cooperation and team work is more important!

According to me, promotion of women should not have effect on the compensation of the CEO.

Though there are woman giants like Arundati Bhattacharya, Chanda Kochhar, in India, the top positions in firms are majorly dominated by males.

There are many issues which leads to this imbalance. This starts from the grassroot level. Parents mindset is to get them married as soon as they enter 20s. And most of them become housewives without proper career support. Hence less amount of females join the workforce. They have family commitments which affects their careerlife. If a female needs to grow up the corporate ladder, she needs good determination and family support. These are examples where the problem is the women herself.

Coming to the company part, most of the time women are denied of executive roles. There are cases of sexual harassment which shakes the confidence of women. The HR of the company should take serious measures in improving the balance. The CEO should hold meetings with HR heads and bring in schemes to improve women population in executive roles. Reducing the CEO’s pay is an extreme measure and causes no good, the CEO will only compromise on quality to overcome the crisis. Promotion of women should be done based upon their skills, talents and how much they can contribute to the company.

The situation in India and Australia cannot be directly compared, as in India there are more social issues leading to this imbalance.
