IIM Rohtak successfully concluded its Final Placement process for the fourth batch of the Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM), 2013-2015. In a batch of 152 students, 148 participated in the placement process and 4 opted out of the placement process. A total of 61 companies participated in the final placement process.

IT/Analytics
Technology as a leading domain was reiterated by the presence of the best names in the industry like Cognizant, Infosys, Mphasis and Wipro to name a few. IIM Rohtak students once again showed their mettle in this sector, and bagged roles such as Project management, Product Management, Business Development, Analytics, IT Services and Sales.
Sales & Marketing
IIM Rohtak yet again proved its Marketing prowess by attracting some of the renowned names in this domain. With 28% of the batch opting for a career in Sales and Marketing, this domain once again emerged as one of the major attractions for students .The roles that were on offer were those of Sales (B2B and B2C), Product Manager, Account Manager, Area Manager , Product Development. Some of the prominent recruiters this year included Amazon, Tata Motors, Mother Dairy, Bajaj Corp and Pernod Ricard.
Operations profiles were offered by companies operating in diverse industries like automotive, healthcare and manufacturing .Some of the proöles offered were Operations Management, Supply Chain Management and niche profiles like Operations Manager were also offered. Some of our prominent recruiters were BPCL, MaxLife, JSPL.
BFSI
Financial sector remained one of the prominent choices of students with a diverse range of profiles offered based on students’ interests and experience. Candidates availed opportunities in investment banking, retail banking, trading, önancial modeling, corporate finance, portfolio management etc. Prominent companies recruiting in this space included JP Morgan, Ernst & Young, ICICI, HSBC, HDFC and Crisil.
IIM Rohtak students bagged offers with renowned names operating in the general and niche consulting domains. Some prominent recruiters offering consulting profiles included Actuate, E&Y Advisory, KPMG, Boston Analytics, to name a few.
General Management
With IIMs popular for producing general managers, it came as no surprise that several companies offered roles such Business Leadership Program, Business Development, Management Trainee and roles with international stints. Prominent names among them were Idea, Bharat Forge, Mogae Media and Continental.
