Hi Balkesh, you have decent chances for SPJAIN, IMT, IMI, XIMB, IIT Roorkee, IIT Kanpur and other b-schools.

@Akul: You have pretty decent chances for IMI and KJSomaiya. SPJAIN will also look at your extra curriculars other than the scores. FMS call will be tough and narrow chances for new IIMs as they previously had a cutoff in excess of 96%ile.
Have a good explanation for your decline in marks in 12th and graduation.

@EETI: With your CAT score at around 82%ile you can apply to FMS BHU, BITS Pilani, MIB- MHROD, Delhi School of Economics, Institute for Financial Management and Research, Chennai, LIBA Chennai, SRCC Delhi.

Of these IFMR Chennai and DSE, Delhi are considered good for Finance. So, you can focus more on these institutes.

@Akul: IMI and KJ Somaiya you have a very good chance to convert. SPJAIN can be your best shot in case you are able to project your profile strongly in various dimensions like Academics, Position of Responsibilities, Academic Activities and Non-Academic Activities focusing on you contribution to society.

Chances of getting FMS call and New IIMs calls are bleak.
