Complaint Against MTS

Please dont use MTS Paid Connection>>> If you are using to please change it.

I am very disappointment to MTS services. I have paid all amount of bill which is not used by me. But MTS is never change my connection post paid to pre paid and always sending bulk of SMS me and my wife’s numbers.
I have send lots of mail regarding to this but issue is not solved

Please let me know your policy regarding to MTS user, Why are you not want to exist from your bad system.

I have not used MTS data Services in month on Dec-14 and Jan -15 But i have paid all pending bill which you want to.

We are also dropping lots of mail regarding to my issue but it is not solve out and customer care always call to my wife and calling of behavior was bad. 801067XXXX was my registered mobile number but customer care was not calling to me regarding to bill. They always used addition calling in addition number and always give mentally pressure.

I am writing to mail that Please don’t send me sms of MTS bill because i have already paid and want to change pre paid to post paid services. If you will not want to change my post paid to pre paid so please don’t do this but my humble request to you that please don’t send any type of SMS on my number and Kindly delete my number 801067XXXX from your data base.

This is my last mail to you if you are not take any action then i will forward all my all query mail and your customer viewer voice to forum panel.

I would like to request that i wouldn’t want to do such type of behavior and don’t want to wasting of time for write of mail to you.

If you want to customer is very idiot to please change your mind.

I will promise to your that i will never recommend to anyone to use MTS Post Paid Connection i was a very disappoint to take your service.

And don’t cross my patient otherwise i will start to do bad comment ORM posting about MTS Services.
Because it is best way to wasting time with ORM.

One more thing that i have sent you all document pdf by mail which your customer care want to me.

Don’t send any idiot type message on my mobile number and delete it from your database.
