Fully agreed with Ayush. As long as China keeps supporting and funding North Korea… it seems least bothered…
In fact North Korea and Pakistan can both be considered satellite states of China.

Similar sanctions were posed by the UN, EU and the UK but North Korea is least bothered about those sanctions . Like the U.N. approved sanctions against North Korea for its underground nuclear test in Feb 2013.
