Consider the case of Shree Meena Sarees which has filed lawsuit on all leading E-commerce portals recently for selling copied designs at cheaper rates. How can companies protect themselves from such events ?

My suggestion is you can do certifications related to SCM and project management in the mean time. Something like CAPM and Six Sigma will help .
