SIBM Pune has announced successful completion of its campus recruitment season, 2014-15. There has been an increase in the number of Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) / Pre- Placement Interviews (PPIs) bagged by SIBM Pune’s students through Summer internships and various national level competitions.

Morgan Services India Pvt. Ltd., Cisco Systems India Pvt. Ltd., ZoomCar India Pvt. Ltd., Nomura Holdings, Syngenta India Ltd., ICICI Bank Ltd., Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd., Mapro Foods Pvt. Ltd., Pidilite Industries Ltd., Hero MotoCorp, Capgemini India Pvt. Ltd., Wipro Ltd., Cummins India Ltd., Idea Cellular Ltd. and many more.
The companies that came to the campus offered diverse profiles across functional domains like Investment Banking, Project Finance, Equity Research, Corporate Treasury, Business Advisory and Strategy, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations, Organization & Talent, Sales, Marketing, SCM Consulting, Logistics, Operational Research and Technology Advisory.
FMCG, Telecom & E-Commerce
HCCB, Mapro Foods, Pidilite, Asian Paints, Airtel, Colgate Palmolive, Dabur, L’Oreal, Hero Motocorp, Idea Cellular, Amazon,Lenovo, Pepsico, Reckitt Benckiser, Titan and Whirlpool were among the major names in this area. 31% of the batch was placed in this sector.
Banking & Financial Services
Goldman Sachs, J P Morgan, Nomura Holdings, Axis Bank, Citibank, CRISIL, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, HDFC, HSBC, ICICI Bank, Kotak Life Insurance, Kotak Mahindra and SBI Capital were the leading companies. Nearly 30% of the batch was placed in this sector.
IT & ITES
Accenture, Capgemini, Genpact, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, IBM, Intel, KPIT Cummins & Mindtree were among the major recruiters accounting for about 16% of the batch.
Key Highlights:
- 70 recruiters visited the campus and made 204 offers
- Average CTC offered was INR 13.05 lac ; Highest Domestic CTC offered was INR 22.02 lac
- 65 Pre Placement Offers were made to the students
